After our pasta class was in the books, Amanda, Noah, and I spent the next two hours walking around Rome, stopping to see some of the biggest sites in the city. We snapped photos at the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain, all of which were busier with tourists than we’d anticipated. We sought out the Frigidarium gelato spot recommended by our pasta experience host and rounded out the night with the return walk to our Rome apartment.
