Noah and I were on the road by 8:00 after a quick continental breakfast. We took a couple of state highways for a portion of the trip, to get Noah into another county and in front of another town sign, this time in Venango, Nebraska.

Our Denver experience began with a relatively informative Coors Field Tour, marking Noah’s first time on a pro baseball field.

After seeking out another Target (new car and helicopter), we picked up Amanda and Emmie, very smoothly, at the Denver Airport.
In the evening, Ashley joined us for a solid fast-food meal at Larkburger followed by ice cream at Sweet Action. Austin met us for ice cream, marking his first time seeing Emmie. After a short walk down a very busy Broadway Street, we all went out for a round of mini golf.

While Ashley led much of the game (and had our group’s only hole-in-one), I prevailed to beat Austin by two strokes in the winning effort. I held Emmie for the majority of our game, while Noah enjoyed running around the various holes and standing on the greens.
